The weather forecast was iffy and everyone I spoke to needed to deal with all the snow in their driveways or ice dams threatening to invade.
The snowshoe up to Indian Rock was beautiful. The snow layers are especially interesting along the branches of this old field white oak right next to the trail. The walk is just long enough to get you warmed up and the easterly view is your reward for making the trek.
