Maintaining the Pollinator Meadow at Seven Acre Preserve

We had a fabulous work day at the pollinator meadow at Seven Acre Preserve in Petersham today! We trimmed back some of the desireable native grasses to prevent them from going to seed in order to keep competition down for the wildflowers. We then planted more native wildflowers and gave away the leftovers to our volunteers. Thanks to all who came out to help!
