The Youth Winter Wonder field day was terrific. Lots of laughter, learning, creativity, outdoor time and the smell of wood smoke and marshmallows in winter. What’s not to love?
Huge ‘thank you’ to Amy (our Americorps member and organizer), Mike, Beth, Mike, Tim, Ginny, Bill and Cynthia for helping to show the young visitors around the stations. Youth learned about tapping maple trees, painting kindness rocks, exploring different animal sign, and of course, making s’mores. The afternoon was enjoyed by all!
