The East Quabbin Land Trust is facilitating discussions between local community boards to share knowledge, ideas and suggestions for how communities can manage and direct commercial solar developments in ways that meet their needs. As a land conservation organization, it is in the East Quabbin Land Trust’s mission to assist communities to set guidelines and bylaws that reflect the desire for meaningful open space and appropriate development.
The next community meeting is Thursday, March 14 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the North Brookfield Senior Center, 29 Forest Avenue, North Brookfield.
